Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Eligibility for Returns

• Unused and Unopened: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• No Damage: The item must be free from any damage or defects.
• Original Receipt: You must provide a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

• Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA).
• Package and Ship: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number in the package. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.
• Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

Shipping Costs

• Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for sending you the replacement item.
